Nutrition Plan

We will talk about your goals, habits, workload and budget for food. I will create a macronutrient breakdown of what will help you reach your goals that best fits the 4 points above. I will provide you with meal and snack ideas as well as example days of eating to get your nutrient breakdown. This will be a one month ($1 a day) nutrition plan and at the end of the month we will do an overview of what went well and what did not in order to curate next months plan.
